Not trustworthy and charges for records
Before my first appointment the Dr was sending requests for five star reviews. At no point did she make me feel comfortable. I felt gas lit. I did not have a good experience in the several appointments I've had with her and would not trust her to do surgery.

Kind at first, then took a turn.
While I had a wonderful experience on my very first appointment with Dr. Hertz (my first impression was that she was thorough, thoughtful, and attentive) -- however, things took a huge turn when I needed follow-up care after a complication from an injection she administered. I will start by saying I do not 'blame' Dr. Hertz for the nerve damage that followed after the injection. I am fully aware complications can happen and this isn't something that the doctor is always in control of whether in surgery or any other procedure. That said, her response to the complication was abhorrent, and I never want anyone to go through what I went through for the months following. I would never trust her to perform surgery and will never go back to that office again.

Great doctor
Great doctor. Saw her following a car accident for a broken wrist and fingers. She got me better, and without surgery. 100% and successful. Thank you Dr Hertz and staff.

I Highly Recommend Dr. Hertz
Dr. Hertz is efficient and professional. I was able to manage my appointments easily without so much time waiting in the lobby. Dr. Hertz explained my options for hand surgery, she did a wonderful job on the surgery and guided me on what to do for a speedy recovery. I hope to never break a bone again, but if you need hand surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Hertz.

I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Hertz. I fractured my scaphoid in a fall and it did not heal properly. Dr. Hertz was understanding and compassionate at my delay in finding appropriate treatment. Her warmth, thoroughness and realistic description of potential outcomes were the deciding factors in why I chose her as my surgeon. I had a bone graft and screw inserted to aid in healing and all was healed in the first 4 weeks after surgery. 8 months later and my wrist and hand are back to normal. She cautioned that I might not ever be able to do push-ups or down-ward dog again. I think that pushed me harder to perform the strength and mobility exercises she prescribed. I am happy to report that down-ward dog is back in my wheelhouse! And I am on my way to full push-ups again. I am 43 years old and am so grateful that my dominant hand is fully functioning and will hopefully be able to avoid painful arthritis due to Dr. Hertz' expertise and skill. She is an amazing surgeon!

Dr. Hertz saw me herself (no PA). Explained things clearly, showed me my x-rays. Spoke to me before surgery. The physical therapist sees me in Add to dictionary' office and, also, explains clearly. My post surgery healing seems to be progressing well.

Prolonged my pain and suffering by ignoring the facts that my arm was unstable and did not perform the surgery I needed to fix my arm after dr Kevin j Pelton negligently performed the first surgery at the same hospital( white memorial).
