Doesn't call prescriptions in, return calls/emails
I came into the office with one need: To have flat warts treated. This office and Dr. Baron haven't been thorough, and I've been going here for about 1 year with much more warts than I started with. The office doesn't call in prescriptions like they say they will. I've been waiting for my prescription for 1.5 months this last time with zero amenable results. They don't return emails or calls. I'm very disappointed in the service received here. I feel disrespected, like my time and health aren't important to them. I am not heard here. I need results and can't get them here, so I'll have to spend more time and look elsewhere for a good dermatologist. I regret trusting and hoping in this office for so long. I told them I'd be reviewing them if they continued to be unresponsive. Evidently, they just don't care.

My husband has been going to Dr. Baron for a number of years. He has had skin cancer issues and Dr. Baron's thoroughness has caught them all early. Her knowledge of Mohs surgery is exceptional. I have gone to her a few times for minor skin checks and have found both she and her staff very warm and friendly.

I really appreciate Dr. Baron. She always spends the necessary time with me listening to my woes and taking care of my needs. She is very thorough with her examinations and always gives me alternatives since my insurance is not that great. Recently she prescribed a cream which my pharmacy said my insurance would not pay for and would cost me 800.00. I called her back and she got me in touch with another pharmacy who did some digging, worked with my insurance and got me the same prescription for 10.00 and free delivery. She went above and beyond and I am very thankful. I think she is a great dermatologist and would and do highly recommend her.

I found Dr. Baron's staff very helpful, professional and courteous! My first appointment went very well and the second appointment went even better! I would recommend Dr. Baron who ever needs a Dermatologist! Dr. Baron's staff treated me like I've been a patient for years!!! G. Harvey 8/11/20

Don't understand the above bad reviews...I thought the exact opposite...very little wait...no products pushed...Dr. suggested briefly a procedure that might help me - just something to consider. No pressure at all. I found her polite, kind, interested in everything I had to say...it's too bad some people claim to have had a bad experience. I'm just hoping they are not exaggerating.

My experience was horrible. The staff was rude and pushed me to buy products I didn't need. Dr. Baron was very stand offish and she did not give me a comfortable feeling that I believe a doctor should. I would not recommend her at all

Dr. Baron knows is very knowledgeable and I trust her wholeheartedly. She gives practical advice and I can tell she isn't interested in being greedy--she only recommends things that make sense and is what you need. Her staff is exceptional and very helpful. Even if her office is a little out of my way, it won't deter me from going to see her.

She overcharged me and according to my insurance company committed fraud. I waited two months for an appointment and she spent five minutes with me, only to chat up a patient afterwards a patient that was interested in something insurance does not cover. Dr, Baron is not interested in helping others. She is only interested in you if you want expensive cosmetic procedures.

I waited over forty-five minutes for an appointment to check my mohls. Dr, Baron wasn't vey interested and was not all caring. The staff was very rude and was talking loudly to another patient the entire time. They overcharged me and according to my insurance company, committed fraud.
