Wait time is long, staff isn't knowledgeable, staff is rude at times. I've had several times over the past 2 years that it took more than a week to get a call back. Looking for a new doctor

Dr. Ushupun is great. He takes time to get to know you and what you need. He also takes time to really understand your history. I've move about 45 minutes away now, but I still make the drive to see him.

Couldn't see him. Refused to call back unless forced to. His office messed up my sons appointment and refused to fix it.

Absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever had. Patient and kind, considerate and professional. Takes time to listen to your concerns and then offers expertise and insight as he addresses your issues. I’ve never felt rushed or ignored, and he never makes me feel stupid for any health concerns. Can not recommend highly enough. 6 stars.

Does not care about patient's well being. Brushes off their concerns and just wants to get in and out as fast as possible. When trying to explain the problem or medical condition he dismisses any feelings I have or anything that I may have to say. Will never go back to him and do not recommend him either

Dr. Ushupun is just wonderful! I am very picky about my physician and i had previously dropped two in search of one i liked. Im so glad i found Dr. Ushupun. I even talked my college age son to going to him and he is very happy with him as well.

I had a physical in April. At the physical Dr. Ushupan told me that he would get back with me with any abnormal results. If I did not hear from him in what I thought was a reasonable time to send him an email through the medical records system. I emailed on 3 occasions and got no response. Finally I hounded his staff by phone. In late June got an email back stating I should not worry and that he did not blame me if I wanted to change doctors. He never responded to my reply.
