The wait to see Dr Wong was short. They took an X-ray. Dr Wong came in, reviewed the X-ray, showed it to me and explained it. We discussed options, and he recommended an over-the-counter pain killer. He was knowledgeable. His explanation was easy to understand. He made sure I had a picture of the over-the-counter pain killer. He was very professional.

My mom has been using Dr. Wong for a few years now, and he's fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, and he also has excellent bedside manner. My mom and I would and have recommended him to others.

I have now been seeing Mr. Perfect Doctor Jeffrey Wong M.D. and he never let's me down. His advice and his professionalism comes with a great sense of humor. He has made my pain dissolve and I don't know where else I could go after being treated with awesomeness. If you are in pain...you must go see this fabulous doctor!

I was able to get an appointment quickly front office and back office great. Dr Wong listened to everything I had to say and was kind and friendly!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Wong and I was immediately at ease with him as he was well informed of my problem and gave me several options regarding future care.

Got right in and ordered an MRI immediately. Very thorough.

Dr. Wong explained my injury throughly and helped provide several options of treatment which helped me on my road to recovery.

After a painful fall that hurt my knee, I saw Dr Wong. He gave me a pain medication that I had a reaction with rashes and itchiness. I had to stop the medication because of possible adverse reaction but still in a lot of pain. I contacted the office on a Mon but never heard back after 24 hrs. I called again the next day, still no call back from Dr or anybody.. On the 4th day, I called again and got text back with a med name sent to the pharmacy. Unbelievable and unacceptable!! Very unprofessional. Do not see this Dr. Go to somebody who may actually care.

After assessing injury, Dr. Wong proceeded to schedule surgery. My first procedure went so well, I scheduled my second. Assistant Delwyn returns my calls promptly when I have questions. I highly recommend this office for your orthopedic needs.

I broke my ankle on Sunday, and Dr Wong’s office saw me as an emergency on Monday. Dr Wong was patient, clear, and reassuring as he reviewed my X-rays with me, discussed the treatment options, and scheduled a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to monitor my progress. His assistant, Delwyn, gently fitted my boot and I left the office fully confident that I was completely supported in the healing process.

Dr Wong was very thorough and completely explained the continuum of options, incorporating my input into the final treatment plan. He was professional and personable.

I have seen Dr. Wong several times due to a fall and resulting radial forearm fracture. From the start I was pleased with Dr. Wong’s diagnosis and treatment and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an Orthopedic doctor. I will see him for my future needs. His staff is also very pleasant.
