My husband was billed 276.00 from Quest Laboratory due to wrong diagnosis code from October 2024. We have left 4 messages to have Dr. Smith submit a new code since October, still have not heard anything from him or his staff. I would question him on correct diagnosis codes, otherwise you will be paying for it. Seems like he does not care enough.
