If there was a “0” I would have selected. I would not recommend Dr. Jeffery Sams to any patient. His office staff is very disorganized in setting up first patient appointments, having lack of communication , as well as not informing patients regrant forms and prep for procedures. Dr. Sams isn’t even accountable for his office practices as well. People cannot afford to tack time of work due to his offices lack of communication and organization skills. Upon meeting him he has poor beside manner.

When a doctor starts the appointment with how knowledgable he is, because of his many years in practice...run. He didn't need prior records, because they don't matter??? Every other doctor must have diagnosed you wrongly??? Even though he hadn't even examined me yet? Horrible demeanor and pompous ...
