Dr. Littleton and his team are AWESOME. I was in excruciating pain when I arrived at Dr. Littleton's office but there wasn't a doubt in my mind that he was the man for the job. I was greeted with care as I matriculated from the front desk all the way to check out. Dr. Littleton and his staff carry themselves with honor and integrity. They listened to my concerns and provided their honest opinion. Dr. Littleton takes his time to explain every aspect of the procedure, side effects and risk. I'm so grateful to him and his wonderful staff. If you're ever in need, I highly recommend Dr. Littleton's office. After all, he's performed surgery on several members of my family. LOL! The Baton Rouge General-Bluebonnet truly found a gem when they hired Dr. Littleton. Thank you all again for saving my life.

Dr. Littleton was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in my initial consultation. He took the time to explain my condition and used a colored diagram to illustrate. He afforded me the opportunity to ask questions which he answered in layman's terms. The day of the procedure and the post-op visits were consistent with the initial consult. I highly recommend Dr. Littleton.

Dr. Littleton, explains everything detailed. He is the best. Dr. Littleton's staff is the best. They are always friendly, kind and make you feel comfortable. A lot of Dr.'s offices could take some training for this staff.

I could not have asked for a better surgeon in an emergency situation. I was promptly diagnosed with appendicitis. Dr. Littleton thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should expect in the recovery. He was a good listener and made sure I understood. I highly recommend him. All went perfectly.

After a long wait in the Emergency waiting room I was finally taken back to a room. Not long after being set up in a room I was told I was being admitted and transferred to another room and they would be contacting the on call surgeon for gallbladder removal. On my way to my new room on another floor, Dr. Littleton met me during transport. He came up to my room and explained in full detail the surgical procedure and what to expect post op. His bedside manner and intelligence is off the charts. My follow up visit a week later was quick and easy and the staff were all genuinely kind. (I called my mom immediately after the visit to tell her just how nice everyone in the office was). I am very thankful and fortunate he was the MD on call for my surgery.

He did an excellent job explaining my condition, the procedure to correct it and what to expect after the surgery. His professionalism and calming demeanor helped ease my concerns. My post operative visit was just as exceptional. Thank you Doctor Littleton and your entire team!

Dr. Littleton removed my gallbladder and the surgery resolved all symptoms I had. When I scheduled the initial visit before surgery, he thoroughly explained the procedure and how the gallbladder works in general. His nurse April was also amazing! She was friendly and very caring of my situation. This medical team is top notch. I would not go to any other surgeon besides Dr. Littleton!!

From the moment I met Dr. Littleton, I was put at ease. His manner, the indescribably thorough explanation of my upcoming surgery (risks, outcomes, information on the surgery itself) put me at ease. He has a natural comforting manner, and a great bedside manner. His assistant, Ms. April, is top notch, as well. My surgery (total thyroidectomy) went beautifully and my healing has been quick. I would recommend Dr. Littleton 100%.

Dr Littleton is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He answers questions thoroughly. His bedside manner is great. I was very nervous about surgery, but he and his assistant, April, both called my fears. So grateful for Dr Littleton and his staff.

The amount of attention to detail, superb communication, and compassionate bedside manner has us trusting him whole heartedly for dad's surgical care. I had to have an emergency Cholecystectomy with 0 time to mentally prepare, I was anxiety ridden and in pain. Dr. Littleton came in and explained everything he was going to do and why, taking away most of my anxiety. He was very professional, patient and had a great bedside manner. He was very easy to talk to and ready to not only answer my questions but help me understand everything. He was very thorough and even brought out a picture diagram to show everything. 10 out of 10 an amazing doctor. Couldn’t recommend him more!
