Great minor surgery experience ; and his office is very efficient!

Surgery went exactly as planned with no complications. Couldn’t be happier.

Initial visit referral from my primary doctor. Dr. Froelich discussed, examined and explained the procedure very well in a way I understood everything he said. I felt at ease he will be my surgeon for this procedure.

Appointment was not rushed. Office was very efficient. Dr. Froelich was very knowledgeable about the condition.

Referred by my gastroenterologist, went to see him. Received consult, was explained exactly the procedure, everything I needed to know, kind, courteous very professional, highly skilled. Did a wonderful job especially considering my condition (Dextracardia situs invests). Repaired ready to come home the next day. He had done a surgery on me years ago, wonderful doctor.

Dr. Froelich is a great doctor. He explains the surgical procedure and what to expect afterwards. He answered all my questions. I felt he was the surgeon for me. He visited me in the hospital the next to review how the surgery went. I experienced problems with low calcium levels which he addressed right away and prescribed medicine to alleviate the issue until my calcium level evened out and remained constant. I highly recommend Dr. Froelich.

Dr Froelich saw me for a consult and immediately determined that I needed surgery to remove two areas that were infected. They rushed 3 tests and took me across the street to an outpatient facility where they removed the areas. If I had waited a few more days, I would have been septic! He is the best in my book!

Explained things well. Answered all my questions. Explained options. Suggested a path forward. On time. Efficient.

Dr. Froelich listens to concerns and explains issues and procedures clearly. He has been my surgeon for several procedures.

Very pleasant visit. Dr. Froelich explained the surgery procedure and answered all questions. I would recommend Dr. Froelich to friends and family.

Would not recommend. In what was to be a routine (the most commonly performed) surgery, I had an infection, and Dr. Froelich refused to return numerous calls or refill any prescriptions. There are much better options in town than him.

My visit was very informative. I found out what I wanted to know as Dr. Froelich explained everything plainly, listened to my questions & answered them; then he gave me suggestions.

Saw this doc April 3 for eval for hiatal hernia repair. This doctor ordered 3 tests, and never called back after the 1 call in April. No one responded to my last MyChart message asking about my latest results. It's June 15. I did not get a call or MyChart message respond about results of the esophageal manometry test, or the HIDA scan. I called and left a message 8 days ago. I am still symptomatic. Another doctor's office got results of the test from BR Imaging the same day I asked. The HIDA was interpreted 6/5. It seems they don't care enough to communicate with me. But first do no harm, right. Not sure what the issue was or is, but I hope he doesn't treat all of his patients like this. I guess it's just personal because 10 reviews says he's excellent. Either way - communicate.
