Dr. Jeffrey Kantor, MD

Has been my go-to hip, knees, and shoulder Dr. For quite a few years. I have never had to wait, and he always explains what my problem is. If out of his scope, he will advise other MD's. Just my opinion.

Not sure if office or doctor but reflects on doctor. First appointment went well, Doctor seemed to be on the ball, easy to work with, provided reference for area he did not cover which so far is also turnout out well. Ordered MRI, dropped off MRI results, 5 days later I have to call and ask and get "the results" are not in and we will call you when they are, should be any day, 3 days later I call, "oh yes they are in and we can schedule follow up"...hmm thought you were going to call me. Schedule appointment, no problem, I show up for appointment, guess what they are closed.... well why did you make me an appointment, then they offer my 30 minute window to come in the next day, right, like you don't think we work... seemed totally unconcerned, which make me go, hmm well perhaps I cannot trust you then with my body. Guess I will try again. Why does this seem to be the way with Doctors these days, is this all insurances fault?

He sent me away with physical therapy. It turned out after a long trial of trying to feel better, I needed surgery. He was rude, he didn't listen and brushed me off.

An excellent physician and excellent and professional staff as well. I loved the way he handled himself. He took his time with me in explaining every detail before and after the surgery. Surgery was a great success, with always being there for me should I have any questions or needed any thing before and after. I would recommend him over and over again.
