Rude staff, doc only saw my child when he was born in the hospital. The NP and office staff are extremely rude and make you feel stupid from the second you get in the room. STAY AWAY!!!

Treated me poorly because I missed my 8 year olds well check by 2 months. Demanded I schedule him immediately. Threatened to dismiss us as patients. The office manger backed up the front desk girl, who was SO RUDE. I posted about my experience in a private group, when the manager got wind of the post she took it and posted about me PUBLICLY from their pediatricians page! HIPPA violation?? On top of that, my child was NOT speaking. Schaefer kept saying everything was fine. Got a new doctor who actually did a thorough well check with a hearing test and my kid was DEAF IN ONE EAR! Thank God we left that office! We were there over 2 years and my kid would probably STILL NOT BE HEARING or speaking.

Not sure where it's ok to NEVER see your patient... but if you are ok with never seeing the doctor, just the nurse or the PA, this is the place for you!!! Most unfriendly staff and couldn't tell you much about the doctor as she has only seen the child one time and he's 16 months old!!! Very horrible!
