Dr Singh explains the diagnosis and treatment well. He emphasizes on the importance of taking medication as prescribed and exercising to get better with the weakness due to stroke. He was fast and explained everything clearly to me. I now understand my limitations. He is very knowledgeable.

Saw our loved one in ICU. Didn’t even approach the bed. Couldn’t even say what meds he was getting. Just all around negativity. Very poor bedside manner. Rude & cold. Not fit to treat animals much less humans. Is this what San Antonio has to offer? Searching elsewhere. Steer clear of this one!

I struggled for multiple years trying to find out what was wrong with me and saw multiple people and never got an answer but Dr. Singh figured it out in minutes and my quality of life has improved dramatically. I'm forever grateful that God blessed my path with Dr. Singh. I wouldn't even able to type this if it wasn't for his help. Truly knowledgeable and genuine. Thank you Dr. Singh

Knowledgeable Neurologist
After close to three years of going from one Neurologist to another and being dismissive of my symptoms or even bother to try to understand what is going on with me I landed with Dr. Singh. I was skeptical as I had read not so good reviews of him but my faith told me to continue with the appointment my PCP had referred me to. I am very glad I did as He's bed side manners were great, he took the time to hear me out and validate I wasn't crazy. He briefed me on his medical background. I finally found a Neurologist who knows about my auto immune condition. I feel so validated! He's restored my faith that there are still great Doctors out there. He's staff was also so kind.

He saw me in the hospital. Over a 2 day period, he spent max 20 minutes in all. He disagreed with the neurologists that were treating me, so now I'm just now getting back to the treatment I needed. He has no bedside manner at all. Talked at me not to me. Even spent most of his visit with his back to me.

My husband was a patient of Dr. Singh's after he suffered a stroke in April 2020. The entire time my husband was his patient (10 days in ICU), I talked to Dr. Singh TWICE. The times he did call were to seek my consent for treatment. Although, he said he would keep me informed, he DID NOT!! This is totally unacceptable. My husband is an active man and an avid runner. The only thing I remember Dr. Singh telling me is, "I don't think he'll ever run again". The compassion this doctor showed was underwhelming. I was disappointed to say the least for the lack of communication and for the lack of empathy for me, the spouse.

I was prescribed medication he knew little about. I was having bad dreams, that is a serious symptom of the medication that I should have been taken off if it occurred. All he told me to do was “pray” and drink water instead of helping. Then he got up and left and my appointment was over. Won’t be going back.

Extremely caring. Came to phone and discussed my medication for my migraines . Called in a prescription. Very attentive and caring when I explained why I had them. Talked to me about how to reduce stress. During office visits he spent a great deal of time and was interested in helping me. Very thorough. Slight language barrier but just be patient and it won't matter. Excellent Experience.
