Wish it was good!
The surgeon who did my first knee was dropped from my insurance. I was highly recommended to Dr Walters. Unfortunately the second knee surgery was not good. When I finally went back to the original surgeon he said too much bone had been cut. They also used staples instead of stitches, took them out too soon and the knee became infected. Physical therapy at Imperial Point was appalling, with too many patients scheduled at the same time. The physio never even touched my knee. Dr Walters was very personable but unfortunately this was not a good experience. My knee is still very disfigured and much bigger than my first successful knee replacement.

No better doctor, anywhere!
I have been seeing Dr. Walters for a few years now due to a myriad of ailments I have. Not one complaint. Absolutely amazing. Not only is he highly skilled, but he is caring, compassionate and direct. His staff is the cherry on top - just wonderful all around. It feels weird to write this, but I actually enjoy going to my appointments there; that's how great they all are.

Lunch more important than patient care
11:10 appt. Call to no say we’ll be late. Arrive at 11:20. Check in. Others behind us get seen. At 11:30 approach desk. “When will be seen?”“Come back at 1.”“ Can we see someone else?”“No. Dr Walters is going to lunch. Come back at 1:00!”GOOD BYE! We’re going to see a doctor who puts more importance on patients instead of lunch! Hope it was good! We won’t be back…

CARELESS PRACTICE
I don’t know where to start. I had my left rotator repaired last year from another surgeon. Unfortunately due to lack of documentation (negligence), I had to start over with a new set of doctors. Since we couldn’t move forward with my care plan. It had been 17 months later & I finally found a surgeon that was willing to do a revision surgery on my right shoulder (Dr. Jason Walters). Unfortunately I came across another surgeon with a horrible team. The day I met Dr. Walters he had (Chris his assistant) and a scriber. After 1hr. & 30 minutes I was able to convince Dr. Walters to perform surgery on my right shoulder. As I was setting up surgery, I expressed I already had a PCP appt. set to get established with the new PCP. I stated that I will go in person to get a sooner appointment, allowing time for my clearance to be done & submitted 7 days prior to SX, per SX instructions form. I myself worked in the medical field for 15yrs. So I always advocate for myself, being proactive. I told Ch

I wish I could give negative stars!
Went I'm to have torn quadricep muscle rupture to be repaired. He was referred to me by great Dr Kannel. So I felt I was in hood hands. When I actually should have run out. He looked at my knee for no more than 30 seconds and said it was a Patella tendon rupture. I asked if he was sure and if he wanted me to get an MRI. He looked at me and said..."If you want "... I'm not the doctor here. I shouldn't have to ask for any kind of imaging. Regardless the operation was not success and the quad tendon was not completely repaired. Now 3 years of dealing with the knee issue that was created by Dr Walters. If you don't want to have revision surgery after revision surgery... Dr Walter's is not your doctor.

The office and staff was nice. The Dr. wasn’t very helpful and didn’t listen to any of my concerns. The visit lasted all of 5 minutes.

Excellent physician- thorough in his examination and explained his findings to me and his recommendations for surgery. Dr Walters has good communication skills and rapport with patients. He was professional and I felt knowledgeable in his area of medicine. He had me back on my feet in a relatively short period of time.
