I had been with Dr. Ravanbakht for more than 8 years. Before I left his practice, i would have given him 5 stars. He used to genuinely care for my health and control of my intractable pain. I used to trust him. the DEA is dictating the amount of meds any individual can receive, and his hands are tied in many cases, without other services. I have tried all of these therapies before. Injections, physical therapy, tens unit, infrex unit, inversion table, etc. I ended up coming off all pain medications. The amount that was legally allowed did not sufficiently control my pain, I learned to live with it. It's been seven years since that happened. I believe he will do what he can to help, though that may be limited and dictated by other governing agencies. He was compassionate, caring and genuinely cared about me as an individual person.

This was the most unprofessional, arrogant and uncaring doctor I have ever been to. He is a disgrace to his profession. He would ask me a question and then cut me off before I could completely answer it. I explained to him my physician sent me to him due to excruciating pain related to back surgeries and severe fibromyalgia. After explaining my severe pain concerns he said he did not know why my physician sent me to him. I told him we were seeking pain relief. He said there was nothing he could do for me. I felt humiliated and devastated by his insensitive attitude.I left his office feeling embarrassed and hopeless.

Dr Jason Ravanbakht is one of my all time favorite doctors. In the years I went to him I don’t think he was ever late. He is very caring and I always felt that Dr R felt my pain and hated to see me uncomfortable. Dr Ravanbakht was a skilled pain specialist and surgeon. When we needed him he always got back to us promptly. His staff reflected him in that they too were always pleasant and helpful. I will never forget how helpful he was to my wife when I took seriously I’ll. Great doctor !!!!

I'm still in shock. . Never in my life would I have expected a doctor to be so rude, uncaring & confrontational. Did not even bother to look at paper work, required to give Dr insight on patientscondition, symptoms&how it effects ADLTreated me as if I was a waste of his time. Literally left in tears due to such unprofessional treatment.

If I could put no stars I would, it had more to do with his attitude, way of speaking. Extremely sarcastic and rude, like nothing I have seen ever going to doctors over half a century and never seen anyone so just rude and so sarcastic, ever.

Dr. Jason Ravanbakht, MD is a skilled doctor. What I don't like is that when I go for an injection in my back for the lower back pain they are scheduling my next one before this one is even finished. It makes you feel like cattle and they are just there for the money. I'm not given any other options for pain relief. It's frustrating because the shots themselves do not help completely but I think maybe mixed with something else they would be perfect.
