The visit was perfect . Dr Mendivil did a miracle with my foot he reconstructed my toes and took my bunion off. I now can walk without pain . It took 5 months to recover but was totally worth it.

After having a botched surgery on my right heel from another doctor January of this year, Dr. Mendivil actually listened to my concerns and problems with my foot. Several other doctors refused to provide an MRI to find out if there is anything else going on inside my heel. Whether there is or not, this would seem standard for any doctor taking on a second opinion and a possible re-do. Mainly, for giving a patient peace of mind. His staff was kind, professional and willing to please. A plan of action was discussed and once the MRI results are in; they can be carried out. I'm grateful for finding Dr. Mendivil.

Dr Mendivil has always been upfront and has always taken the time to explain what the plan of care is for my foot. Been seeing him for over a year and he saved my foot from being amputated

I made an appointment yesterday Jan 15, for my 12 yr old granddaughter. The telephone operator got the information of her insurance, which is a ppo. My granddaugther had a ingrown toenail and was in a lot of pain. After all the info given to the operator the appt was set for today Jan 16, 2020 at 9:30AM at Lomaland. My daugther missed this morning’s work to take my granddaughter to the appt. My granddaughter missed school this morning to be at the appt. They live way west, off of Upper Valley . When they both show up, at 1580 Lomaland, Dr Mendivil office,the receptionist says we can’t see you, you need a referral. I was told yesterday they would take her. I know Dr Mendivil , personally, I will make sure he knows this inconvenience. Dr Mendivil is one of the best in El Paso, if not , THE BEST. He does not deserve to have this kind of staff. I am sick over this treatment to my Daughter and Granddaughter. Mrs J Suerken
