Dr. Carnes treats every patient as if you are his only patient. He does not rush the appointment and explains why he needs to do a particular test. He is quick to respond to email questions and send results with any orders or suggestions ASAP. He does not sugar coat anything as he tells it like it is and what you should expect. He provides choices when possible and will tell you if he thinks you are making an unwise decision. He has been my doctor for over a decade and I totally trust Dr. Carnes and his skills.

He's currently my doctor and I'm glad I got him
He's probably the best doctor I've ever had. He answers every question, even if it's only something I've seen on TV and asked about. Always get a straight answer too!

I drive from Kannapolis to Huntersville the last several years to be Dr Carnes patient. He is professional, very caring and an excellent Dr. I have a great deal of trust in him and have never been dissapointed. Always listens and responds in terms I will understand.

Dr. Carnes explained my medical conditions in simple terms and is kind yet confident in recommendations for treatment. The staff is excellent and very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Carnes as a primary care provider.
