Dr. Jared Zelinski, MD

This Dr is the best. He and his staff are thorough and kind. As ill as I was I felt comfortable and cared about. They listened to my concerns carefully. I was discharged, it was a long stay, but worth it. Please remember people, many people (including babies) are sick right now. Tests take time and beds are limited. Give them a break! They really do care! ??

We got to the ER at 9:30 Wednesday evening Dad was in terrible pain and afraid he had another blockage. On a scale of 1-10 Dad said his pain was a 12 After waiting to be called for 2 hours finally Dr. Zelinsky tells him the 1st thing he is going to do as he leaves the room is order Dad some pain meds … After 30 minutes I go ask when can he get something for pain THERE IS NO ORDER FROM THE DOCTOR FOR PAIN MEDS another hour goes by I go ask again SAME ANSWER After being at the emergency room for 4 1/2 hours my dad is finally given morphine for his pain it is now 2 AM in the morning and after being told we will be staying the night for IV fluids he does not get any IV fluids until after 7 AM and shift change! We will be filing formal complaint with the hospital! My Dad is 79 years old and he deserved to be treated like a priority and I felt helpless watching him be treated like an after thought!

This Dr. is awesome!! He performed all necessary test, and made sure all test he ordered, was for good purpose! Also I have had a lot of CT scans in the past, so he warned me about how much exposure I was getting, and advised me not to get anymore!

There needs to be more consideration for the patients at Texas Spine and Neurosurgery. There are actually steps that one must navigate to get to the door, unacceptable for the population being served. The glass to the receptionist’s desk is clouded, & patients must guess that they need to actually knock on the window, only to be met by clerical staff that need to have their attitudes adjusted and reoriented toward customer service. The cbd samples they have & promote are $3 for a very small sample, & while promoting these products, they do not mention only accepting credit or debit cards.
