Stay away from Dr. Jane Taylor
Dr. Jane Taylor should retire. She does not use the EMR and did ZERO prep for my visit. She did not review my medical record with 10 years of history or the pre-visit questions I answered in the patient portal. She walked in and obviously knew nothing about me. Unacceptable. She openly admitted she was 75 and didn’t use computers!!! I reviewed the visit notes and there was canned language in my medical record that never happened. Not once did she tell me to use spf 30 sunblock and yet it was written in my record. Note stated I refused vitals, I was never asked. Then we agree I needed a biopsy and I let her do it. She left on vacation and let me think I might have cancer from Nov 13 - Dec 6 when the lab completed the result on Nov 19. Unacceptable, for Dr. Taylor and the practice to not have coverage. Stay away!

This office does not respect patients' time. I scheduled an appointment on Nov 13 to see a doctor. The doctor had good reviews on google and what can go wrong with a simple dermatology appointment? Right before the appointment, they sent me a confirmation message, which I confirmed right away. However, when I showed up to the office, there were no doctors. The office manager said that they were on vacation. It was strange to me that no one had called or contacted me in advance to let me know. I took a personal day off to go there; as a medical professional myself, this seemed fairly unacceptable. The office manager rescheduled me to Nov 26. Today, the same thing happened again. I got a text message asking me to confirm and I confirmed right away. I showed up to the office again and the doctor I was supposed to see was not there AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable. They could have at least let me know in advance, so I don't have to keep taking days off.
