Dr. Bordone was superb in all ways. Scheduling and front office experience were fine. Returning the requested post-visit telephone call was extremely frustrating, requiring seven (!) tries and over half an hour on hold.

I went to see Dr. Bordone for hair loss and a skin check and have been very happy so far. She reviewed my bloodwork quickly and was able to put an action plan together. She is focused and efficient while still being extremely approachable and personable. All questions were answered clearly. Very happy so far.
