I went to get examined for itchiness on my neck. She did not properly diagnosed it and issued a prescription that didn't work. I went to another dermatologist who was able to rediagnosed me.

Going without infusion, office staff disfuntion
Doctor is fine, Office staff is totally clueless, unhelpful, lazy and cares more about socializing then working. Been trying to get them to fax or email infusion order to infusion center for weeks. they refuse to communicate with the infusion center. I went to get the order personally to hand deliver it to the infusion center. Had to take off work to do this. They could not find the order for my medication. There is no point in seeing a doctor if her office staff isn't going to do their part, forcing people to go without their needed medication the doctor ordered. Complete waste of time and money with this doctor. avoid this doctors office! I see now she has a LOT of negative reviews.

Dr Nyugen was very friendly , but I did not feel like she satisfactorilly answered my questions.

Thorough Pleasant and Efficient.
I'm a new patient (75 year old male) and visited for a long overdue skin check. Very efficient and timely checkup that revealed a possible Basel cell mole on my back. Lab work was positive, and removal was scheduled. Mole and a few skin tabs were removed as scheduled. Stitches will come out in a week. No issues.

Totally misdiagnosed my wife’s basal cell carcinoma for 2 years. Told her it was nothing no biopsy needed. When she finally diagnosed it she was rude and arrogant , tried to blame her staff.

Never go to her. She has many poor reviews.
This is the second year in a row when I have showed up for my appointment only to discover - surprise- Dr. Nguyen isn’t in the office and my appointment “really” Is on a different date. When, of course, no one told me about the change. Won’t fool me a third time. This waste of my time in addition to her failing to solve my problem for many years means that I won’t go back. I suggest you don’t either

Waste of time
As a first time patient was expecting more than I got. Was rushed through appt and never directly spoken to by Dr. N. Got more information from the back of a jar of Vaseline than from visit. No touted skin exam, but they were happy to take my co-pay
