I do wholeheartedly recommend her and her Staff!
I went to Sand Lake Ctr. in search of laser treatments for a brown 'mark' I had on my left cheek for years now. I got an appointment with a Dr. Mailler. During my visit, she showed me a pic taken previously, and the 'mark' had grown considerably. She asked to perform a biopsy and I acquiesced. A week later, I received the results of the biopsy: I had a Melanoma 'in situ' and I required a MOHS surgery. There are tons of pics in the Internet of 'Cancer Faces' that truly scared me, but I was told that Dr. Mailler had extensive experience in the field and I was in good hands. I went through the surgery and walked out with a 4' scar, and 'weird' tiny stitches, which were removed a week later. Two DAYS after the stitches removal, my scar was BARELY visible, even though it was in the center of my cheek. Dr. Mailler had done an outstanding job, for which she's well known. I do recommend Dr. Mailler wholeheartedly to anyone requiring MOHS surgery - you can't get any better.

Just returned from Dr Mailler’s office where she removed a mole from my torso. The surgery could not have gone any easier. She was quick, efficient and a pleasure to be around. Her surgical assistant, Natalie, is also a real professional. She is knowledgeable and helpful about skin care. I recommend Dr Mailler and her staff to anyone with skin issues.

I can not even be gain to tell you how amazing my experience was with Dr. Mailler and her staff. I had neglected skin cancer on my lower cheek right side. Dr. Mailler had to remove quite a bit of the skin from my cheek. The opening on my cheek was at least the size of a silver dollar. Dr. Mailler‘s expert Precision was incredible in the way she removed the cancer, and closed my incision with a perfect line mirroring the left side of my face. (Most people that look at me that have known me for years do not even see my scar!) I was so terrified to have this done. Fear of needles!. Dr. Mailler, and her staff are incredible in making you at ease and accommodating you. By the time I was done with this procedure and my follow-up visit they felt like family. I have referred them to everyone. Do not hesitate to book appointment with this wonderful office. My sincere thanks always. Louise Markoe

Dr Mailler performed a Mohs surgery on my face. She was friendly, efficient but not rushed. She personally called mE the next day to check on my recovery and see if I had any questions. I recommend her.

Dr. Mailler is in a league of her own. Professional and compassionate doctor. Yearly visit happened second day after COVID-19 protocol of no more than 10 people in an area. Her office went above and beyond. No waiting in the waiting room. Patients screened at the office front door. Temp taken and then walked directly into sanitized exam room. Staff wore masks and gloves. Hand sanitizer offered at the front door at arrival and exit. She has been our family dermatologist for 10 years.

I have been going to Dr. Mailer for a long time, I find her o be a very caring doctor, and highly competent. It might take some time to get in but she spends quality time with you and answers any concerns you might have. I would rather wait and see Dr. Mailer than to see another derm when most of them here in Florida are so ready to biopsy everything and anything. Dr. Mailer cares and wants you to have the best outcome and you can trust her that she will recommend the right course for you.

I have been going to her a very long time, she feels more like my family than a doctor, she really cares about her work and patients, she is a blessing to me, I trust her explicitly with her opinions and performance. I would recommend her to anyone, she is the best of the best.

Called to make an appt as a new patient & was told the first available time was in April 2020...9 months away. The lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful & rude. I asked a few questions for clarification & she didn't bother to even attempt an answer... just silence and a "like I said, April2020". Dr Mailler might very well be an amazing doctor, but unfortunately, I'll never know.

Excellent! Dr Mailler was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was quite impressed, and this is coming from someone who tends to avoid doctors in general. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mailler and her staff! I came here urgently after a PA at a chain of dermatology offices botched a cyst removal on my face. Dr. Mailler immediately got me in and her skilled work saved my face from infection, scarring and potential disfigurement. Her staff is so friendly, very competent, knowledgeable and efficient. It's clear that she's cultivated a great team. I am SO grateful for the work they did to help me! What I went through at the other office I, compared to what I experienced at Dr. Mailler's is like night and day. I would recommend Comprehensive Dermatology to everyone. I wish I could leave 6 stars instead of 5!

Dr Mailler’s office was able to squeeze me into the schedule on very short notice when I had an infection that needed to be seen quickly. Dr. Mailler was kind and thorough and made me feel comfortable with her exam, even though my condition was embarrassing. She ended up referring me to a wonderful surgeon (Dr. Rhonda Harmon) but Dr. Mailler has earned my trust and I will definitely be back to see her again.
