Dr. Sotrop is very caring and the office staff is kind and pays attention to your health.

I have been seeing him for years and understands my health and what is needed. He is straight forward with his approach and I appreciate that.

Excellent as always. He really listens to me, he explains subjects very well. I never feel rushed. He is a kind man. Very knowledgeable. Many of my family members now go to Dr. Sotrop.

I am grateful to have Dr Sotrop as my physician. He takes time to ask questions, listen, give thorough explanations and go over everything with me. He obviously cares about his patients. He and his staff are kind, friendly, respectful, and professional. Appointments are on time with very little wait time in the lobby and in the examination room. I highly recommend Dr Sotrop!

I first went to see Dr. Sotrop because my Primary Care Physician of 16 years retired. The "replacement" Doctor and office I was then seeing did not make me feel very comfortable and I always felt rushed when I was there, as if there was an assembly line that had to keep moving. My initial reason for trying Dr. Sotrop was because his office was right around the corner from where I live. My first reaction after visiting Dr. Sotrop's office the first time was that the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. After meeting with Dr. Sotrop himself, I came away with the same feeling. Dr. Sotrop does take the time to listen to your issues and will talk with you as long as needed to answer your questions. I have been with Dr. Sotrop for about 2 years now and am very happy with the entire staff at his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Sotrop as your Primary Care Physician. I promise that you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Sotrop for decades. He now provides primary care for my dad. You will not find a more knowledgable, caring doctor to help you manage your care.

Difficult to enter because of my wheelchair. Otherwise, great experience.

My disabled son and I sat in his office for two hours yesterday and THEN the doctor refused to see my son. They took my son back, took his vitals and even reviewed his medical information. Then we sat in the back office some more before the office manager came in to tell us that the doctor will not see my son because they do not take his insurance! They knew his insurance when I made the appointment. They lied or front desk needs training. This was discrimination against my son.

I had an excellent experience with dr.sotrop. he truly has help me through alot of my medical problems. I would never go to another doctor. I would rate a 10 star if i could!
