The character limit is too low to accurately capture how disempowering, hurtful, and overall disappointing working with Dr. Ridgway turned out to be. I naively misinterpreted his ego for competence and ignored my gut feeling I had picked the wrong doctor. After a revision with a much kinder doctor with a skilled eye, I can finally move on from this process. Paying a second time for this procedure was expensive, but the emotional and physical cost of not moving on from this experience was higher.

Dr. Ridgway has an outstanding team and an amazing facility. I was very nervous about the entire process, but Dr. rRdgway and his team always put me at ease and were there EVERY step of the way. I could not be happier and highly recommend this gifted surgeon.

Dr. Ridgeway is one of the most caring, professional and personable doctors I have ever met. He is exceptionally detailed and it shows in the quality of his work. I interviewed so many doctors until one of my friends recommended him - and she was absolutely right! Completely legitimate practice with amazing staff, state of the art facilities in the heart of Bellevue. I am never going anywhere else. My facelift, eye surgery and laser treatment entirely washed away at least 17 years. Just amazing and I and so very happy with my results.

I had been going to Dr Ridgway for years for injectables and we had built a rapport, until recently he started exhibiting strange hot-cold behaviors, often late to appointments, one time I waited nearly 2 hours in his office with a very aggressive attitude. I should’ve trusted my guy at the time… Dr Ridgway performed a lip lift that left my nose quite disfigured. I went in with a natural looking nose, it was one feature I loved about myself, a nose I was born with, in the lip lift procedure he mowed down the nasal sills of both… now they look totally off. My nostrils seem more open and wide. It has been nearly 4 months post op so all the swelling is down at this point. I tried addressing the issue with him directly but he brushed me off, downplaying it as if I’m over-reacting… He assured me that this was the only way to perform lip lifts, incising into the nose, that placing an incision under the nose will create a scar. I would think twice before entrusting him with your face.

I have been thinking about lower face revision and blepharoplasty for seven years and consulted with multiple surgeons. Nothing felt right until I met Dr. ridgway. He is a perfectionist and sees every patient as a unique person. He truly cares about his patients and their results. I am beyond thrilled with his work and would recommend Dr. ridgway to anybody!

I would give him zero stars if I could. My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. At 2:45 Dr.Ridgway was sill not in the exam room, in which I was placed by the nurse to wait for him. After nearly 1 hour of waiting I told the nurse i could not wait any longer. This was obviously related to Ridgway who finally showed up but only to ask me if i wanted to leave. He waa unpleasant and cocky. Not one word of apology.

This is the plastic surgeon you want. His credentials are impeccable, his surgical skills outstanding and his bedside manner beyond compassionate. He will vision your transformation with the well-studied understanding of fundamental facial structure combined with his innate artistic sensibilities. Dr. Ridgway is the ultimate professional who merits a comprehensive five-star rating.

Dr. Ridgeway- recommended by my ENT provider. I wanted a small bump on my nose “shaved” down. He also discovered my nare was collapsing with inhalation. He thought about my nose cosmetically but functionally too! My surgery was 3.5 hours long, I woke WITHOUT nausea or pain. Tylenol for mild pain & minimal bruising. No gauze packing-so I could breath better right away! He is an experienced and detailed surgeon. And his staff LOVE him which is a testament to his people skills! He is the best!

First and foremost, he LISTENS to you and takes all the time in the world to make sure what you want and what he can do will come out nothing short of sheer perfection. Besides being a highly empathetic,sensitive and warm person his close to unparalleled knowledge and expertise is just formidable and very impressive.My face lift is the best money I have EVER spent. Dr. Ridgway is the best plastic surgeon on the planet. He is very cautious, conservative and careful and explains things to you so you know exactly what is going to happen and what to expect. He has a terrific personality and I trust him completely. Am so thankful that I found him for a surgeon for my face and I will be using him and only him for the rest of my life.
