Multiple Experiences - ALL Bad
I've seen Dr. Richter 3 times and each visit has been a complete waste of time and money. First, he greets me as if he's meeting me for the first time which doesn't instill confidence. Your doctor should remember you as a patient because the helps reinforce the relationship and reassures the patient that they are in good hands. Secondly, he completely dismisses physical symptoms and has simply refused to run tests to rule out serious issues. I've had a significant change in my gut behavior for almost 7 months and he doesn't take my concerns seriously. What is incredibly frustrating is I can't even switch from him as my GI doctor at Mass General because doing so will put me back on a waiting list and I wouldn't be able to see a different doctor until MAYBE the fall or early NEXT year.
