I saw Dr Maguire for my back pain, which had become severe. After looking at my xrays, he explained what the problem was and my options. At my degree of degeneration, Fusion seemed the only realistic option. I had decompression and Fusion of L2 thru S1. At 4 weeks out I already feel much improved and better every day.From my experience, Dr Maguire is a straightforward, skilled Doctor. I would trust him with my care.

He is a great surgeon and a great person. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I've been under the care of Dr. Maguire for over a decade and he has performed 3 neck fusions on me over that time in addition to other issues I've had. I'm not going into a lengthy history, I'm just going to say he is one of the most skilled, caring and sociable doctors ever! You couldn't do better than having him take care of you.

I have trusted Dr Maguire with my spine care for 20 years. Neck fusion in 1992, excellent job and just now with L4-L5 surgery. I highly recommend Dr Maguire for any issue concerning the spine. Dr Maguire is an excellent spine surgeon and has a very sincere caring bedside manner. He performed a discectomy on my S1-L5 herniated disc 6 years ago and relieved all of my pain. When it reherniated 6 years later he did S1-L5 fusion surgery and again relieved all of my sciatic pain. I am 4.5 weeks out of surgery and moving well with no pain. He is the best!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Maguire is a wonderful doctor. He operated on my back five years ago and Did a fantastic job. He has a great bedside manner and will absolutely tell you if you truly need surgery. I have seen him for other back pain and he’s always great! Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Maguire carefully listened to me while I explained my problem. He then scheduled me for an MRI. After the MRI he he explained in detail what he had found and that he was sure he could help me. After suffering for years having several back injections, therapy and doctors visits I was so happy to find a doctor that could help me. I immediately felt relief after my decompression surgery, not complete relief but that will come after I heal. Dr. Maguire helped me when I was just about to give up hope of ever finding relief for the numbness and pain I was experiencing in my legs. You can tell he loves helping people live normal pain free lives. I highly recommend him for any back issues you might have.

Dr. Maguire has been a true blessing. I was bedridden about 8 months with severe nerve pain in my hip, leg and foot. Dr. Maguire did decompression and fusion surgery and the pain was gone post-op. He is caring and compassionate. I tell him every visit that he saved my life. I highly recommend him.

After undergoing PT, spinal shots, nothing helped for long. Dr. Fry sent me to see Dr. Maguire, we discussed surgery for spinal stenosis. We set it up and I had surgery on April 21. The surgery sent well, I came home two days later. I have little or no pain on my left side, I still have some numbness in left foot, which may eventually go away. I am looking forward to doing things again once I am completely healed. Dr. Maguire is a very good surgeon.

Dr Maguire has done 2 of my surgery's . Both involved lower back. Both times he was always professional and listened and gave me options to try to avoid surgery. Unfortunately they required surgery to repair the damage . He listens and shows concern and is a busy man but stops to take the time to answer questions. I believe he truly is a talent in what he does. Hopefully this second surgery will get the pressure off of the nerves in my S1 area. Thank you for caring.

I was very pleased with the service and treatment I received with Dr. Maguire and his staff. I was in extreme back pain , but wanted to avoid surgery if possible.
