short and rushed medical appointment
Dr. Liou spent less than 10 minutes in my visit and showed signs of being in a rush to leave. Dr. Liou did not explain things with care and dedication about my skin condition and did not give any general advice on skin care routine. It was like a short visit to get a prescription of a medication.

Pre registration email did not work and did not have accurate information. Visit with Dr was excellent. Good job. Appeared that some prior info with photo for tracking that Dr Haas had taken were not retained or up loaded in my file for easy access and review. Good follow -up and ease with getting additional appointments. What I did tell receptionist was that I do not like or want to get the continued emails trying to sell me on other available products. I just want to go to a doctor who knows me and has knowledge of my medical history and concerns. Dr Lionel was great I can do without the other things I mentioned

Doctor listened and paid attention to needs yet appointment felt rushed. Doctor clearly wanted to leave the room after about 10 minutes. Doctor seemed solution focused with general ideas rather interested in investigating cause of the individual issues that I was experiencing.
