My rating is based off Dr. Horan and his staff. His staff charged me a copay when I was in the office and then a month later I got a bill for the same copay. When they called they said I needed to have kept the receipt to prove that I paid??? I have my credit card statement...that should suffice. Why is there no record of me paying? Dr. Horan himself seemed nice enough but only spent about 2 minutes with me in total, did not seem to care about what the problem was just wanted to prescribe me something so I would leave. When I called to talk about the prescription he gave me and the bill i was on hold for half an hour. I would not come back to this office.

I have been going to Dr. Horan for many years. He is always first-rate, never rushed, gives me very good advice, is willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. He is an expert doctor and really knows his stuff. It will be a sad day for me and my family if and when Dr. Horan ever retires.

Dr. Horan is a wonderful doctor, he treats you like a person without ever making you feel like there is anything more important than your well being. I have seen him a few times for different things and his expertise and application of it were superb. He genuinely listens and explains to one's needs. I would add that the staff at the Foxboro office is professional and kind, the overall manner of Dr. Horan and the staff (reception, scheduling, medical assistant) in Foxboro should be the standard by which every doctor and medical office should be measured.
