My first visit was very thorough. Dr. Hanna took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed and left the office that same day with some relief from the pain that I had been experiencing for many months. I am thankful to have been treated by Dr. Hanna and his staff and look forward to my follow up visits. Everyone was also very kind.

I had Dr Hanna treat a callous on the bottom of my foot. The wait time was minimal and staff was courteous. Dr Hanna’s treatment was quick, pain free and applied a metatarsal patch to alleviate the pressure when I walked out of the office. I felt so much better! I highly recommend him.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hanna. I came in because I had an ingrown toenail. His staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Hanna himself was very caring and gentle. I barely felt a thing. He explained everything and was very cordial and kind. I'm thankful I started to go to him. My wife has been a very happy patient of his for years.

Dr. Hanna's office is the first place I would call if I had problems with my feet. He is clear and concise and explains everything right then and there. If you are confused as to what is happening you weren't listening to him. I feel safe there and I know everything will be alright.

Doctors Hannas office was very professional. My old foot doctor retired and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. They took me back for my appointment on time, saw me and reviewed my concerns. Dr Hanna explained everything to me and all my options. I was very comfortable with his team and him. They took good care of me.

Waiting time was less than 5 min. Dr Hanna introduced himself, while so many drs do not, and he was patient & informative addressing each of my concerns 1 at a time to make sure I understood.

It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Hanna because I know not only is the office friendly and compassionate but I ALWAYS leave feeling 100% better than when I arrived. I have been seeing the Dr for 30 plus years.

My primary care physician recommended that I see a podiatrist due to health issues that I am being treated for and reached out to Dr. Hanna for an exam. I was able to get an appiontment the same week. The exams went well and Dr. Hanna explained what each examination was checking for, my results for each exam, and the current condition of my feet and things to monitor and contact his office regarding if I noticed changes in the condition of my feet. Entire staff was very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Hanna was fantastic! I had to see him for in ingrown toenail - he gave me several options to fix it. He then did a simple treatment that I chose. He is very nice and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend him!

One of my friends told me to go to Excelsior and appt there was 2 weeks out. I should have called Dr Hanna first as I know him from working at a pediatric office close to his in Lockport. We referred patients there. I received an appointment the next day, and he did a simple procedure. He had done this before years ago for me which went very well as did the recent one. It didn't totally take care of the problem so he had to do a more extensive one . That one went well too. Everyone in the office is very kind competent and caring as is Dr. Hanna. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing care from a podiatrist.

I went to Dr. Hanna, not once, not twice, but THREE times for a wart on bottom of my foot. I explained to him how much pain i was in and i would like it removed. He refused to remove it until i tried a cream, i tried that for months and did nothing and i was still in pain. he still refused. I ended up going to my primary and got it handled instantly when i explained to him what i experienced. I will NEVER go back to Dr. Hanna again, he didn't care how much pain i was in no matter how much i explained to him that i could barely walk on it. The only saving grace that he has is his nurses and receptionist are the absolute nicest people ever. he did listen to what i had to say and he provided some medical jargon about what was happening but he did not give me the treatment i needed or required. Dr. Hanna- if you're reading this- i'm sure you're good with a lot of other podiatrist type of issues, but when someone tells you how much pain they are in even after months that they can barely walk, it's best to give more immediate action rather than letting someone be in agony.

I have been going to Dr Hanna for a number of years now and I can say that he is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. On December 8th he performed a surgery on my toe and I must say that he was amazing and I had an unforgettable experience.

Dr Hannah is absolutely the best foot doctor in all of Niagara county. Of course I am sure people travel from out of the county to come to him because he is a specialist with many many years experience. The staff are kind and understanding and very helpful as well. I happen to live in Lockport where his office is but even if I were to move a hundred miles away this is a doctor I would travel to see. One look at my feet and he was able to tell me how far along the progression of diabetes had affected me. His staff worked together with my insurance company to get through all the red tape and be able to provide me the specialized Care that I needed and that is not always easy to do with insurance companies as many people know. Definitely five star review.
