Inconsiderate
With exception of receptionist, entire visit was embarrassing and infuriating. Disrespected is the best term I can use- profoundly deaf patient and Go (doesn't deserve the title Dr) refused to pull his mask down to communicate, got irritated when asked to, & told us to leave the office and find another physician. I believe REFUSING to communicate with a patient who is disabled violates the ADA, as well as a physician's oath. Rude, condescending, and inconsiderate- this man is a pathetic excuse for a health care provider, and frankly should quit practicing.

Horrible staff
I arrived with no mask because all other facilities have dropped that and was told would not be seen without one, okay I was going to go along with it but then got into exam room and voiced my opinion about it and the nurse was so rude and hateful that I walked out.

Dr. Go is an amazing ENT. He genuinely cares about his patients. To all the naysayers, I respectfully strongly disagree. Robert H.

The doctor would not see me when I showed up for my appointment because I tested positive for Covid two MONTHS prior despite having been cleared by my physician as no longer contagious after a positive antibodies test 6 weeks earlier and had not displayed symptoms in those 6 weeks either. It would have been nice to not have had my time wasted and been asked those questions prior to the appointment. I understand a need for being careful, but this is ridiculous!

Let's talk about billing shall we? Dr Go likes to bill, you pay, then he bills you again for the same payment that you made. When you physically visit his office with a copy of the cancelled check you sent, and he cashed, he still bills you again and warns that you are very seriously past due. Be warned - there are better ENTs and certainly physicians that are much more honest. This also says that his office staff are incompetent - they are.

Final part of my post. I would not go back to Dr. Go for ANY procedure. Not only because of the way I was treated, but because the whole process was terrible and I do not believe he is a competent Dr., does not present himself in a professional manner, and is offensive. See him at your peril!

AVOID THIS ENT MD. First visit with Dr. Go early December 2019 for a persistent cough. He entered room with an assistant he did not introduce who sat behind the exam chair. During the exam he wore a respirator (N95) (which is generally used to protect the wearer from airborne infectious diseases). His exam was focused on scheduling a balloon sinuplasty, which would have been an unnecessary invasive procedure for me and my symptoms. For my cough all he offered no diagnosis, treatment, or referral. All he said is that a cough could result from many diseases. I left the office very disappointed. Also be advised that his staff is not pleasant and they arrange appointment in three's (each time-frame has 3 appointments at that same time). So expect to wait. My appointment was for the first time slot in the morning, I arrived first and was 15 minutes early (the door was locked) yet was seen last in that time slot.

DR GO IS A WONDERFUL DR. HE HAS TAKEN CARE OF MYSELF AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY. HE HAS ALWAYS DONE WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PATIENT. HE HAS TAKEN THE TIME TO DISCUSS AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN COMPLETE DETAIL. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS AN ENT/SURGEON.

Let your friends and family know. If they need a ENT specialist, do NOT give your patronage to Dr. Go in Melbourne, FL. This man should not be interacting with the public, he may be a fine surgeon, but he's a terrible Dr. He performed my wife's Thyroidectomy. She expected to get out of the hospital after one night. The next day when he saw her he decided she should stay another night and said she'd definitely be released the following day. Normal checkout is around 11am. I showed up around 11:30
