Dr cares about your health vs # of patients seen
Dr Epstein is knowledgeable and thorough. Takes his time and makes certain that both you and he understand your issues. You may have a wait in his office as he will spend as much time as necessary with every patient - including you. He also has many contacts in the medical field and will make impt referrals when necessary. Jesse, his assistant is also one of a kind. On occasion you may have to follow-up with the office on paperwork or appt matters, but that is part of having a doc that is less concerned with facilitating more patients ($ ) and more concernedwith your health care.

I'm a fairly new patient with Dr. Epstein and so far I find him to be very attentive, good insight and treatment suggestions, compassionate and honest. I also like his assistant too.

Horrible office, totally unorganized still wheeling around paper files. Submitted FMLA documents for Dr. to sign on Monday, was promised them by Tuesday, and as of Thursday they still aren't signed. My grandmother was a long-time patient and is in critical condition after a heart-attack. Not only has her primary care physician (epstein) not contacted anyone from the family for a status update, they're dragging their feet signing a document necessary for 2 family members to get time off work to
