My 21 year old son, just had a very successful Septoplasty, and sinus polyp surgery. With Covid, my son needed to go to his appointments mainly by himself, and Dr. Chmiel was wonderful! He made my son feel very comfortable by being kind, explaining everything that would need to be done, why it needed to be done, how it would be done, what to expect after the surgery was complete, as well as answering any questions he had. He was just as kind at his post-op appt. The office associates are just as kind! Everyone was so kind to him, and I am so appreciative! My son is already feeling much better physically. I will highly recommend Dr. Chmiel, and his office to everyone I talk to.

As a surgeon Dr. Chmiel did a great job but I have to say, if you are looking for a doctor to spend time answering your questions you had better look elsewhere. On more than one occasion he has literally been halfway through the door while I'm still asking questions. I don't doubt that he did a great job on the sinus surgery itself, but in terms of answering questions I've done better with Google and the sheet of paper the office gave me post-surgery than getting answers out of him.

Dr was very thorough with his explanations and made sure all my concerns were met. Got right to the point. The first doctor in years to actually get me answers I’ve been looking for. Very friendly and professional

I am not one to leave reviews unless quality and service is far from expected, or in this case, well above what was expected. My 1st visit to Dr. Chmiel was easy to make and he spent time with me to answer questions. It was suggested to have surgery to repair a severely deviated septum. He did not pressure me into it and this week I had the surgery. Follow up appointment was yesterday (day after surgery) and splints were removed. So far, all is well and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chmiel.

Dr. Chmiel was great - the surgery (septoplasty) went well with minimal discomfort. The doctor and staff were friendly and very helpful. I'm recommending his office to friends and family.

I had sinus surgery years ago with Dr. Chmiel and he continues to see me for routine follow ups or any sinus issues I ever have. He is always polite and thorough with his exams. He takes the time to explain things with detail. The staff is great, and an all around pleasant environment.

This man was horribly rude and unhelpful. I had sinus surgery and a rhinoplasty by another doctor at the same time.He was immediately rushing me out of the door during my appts and spent literally less than 5 minutes with me. Following my surgery, I had made a second appt with him due to excessive drainage and congestion that mimicked a sinus infection. He told me that he's not a plastic surgeon and why did I see him as he viewed my sx related to the other procedure. Was rude and unhelpful
