Very good in his field
Expertise is wrist and hands but doesn’t help when it’s a shoulder injury as with me

Expectations Exceeded
Rapid check in with virtually no wait time. Very courteous and professional. Assessed my condition quickly and provided a detailed course of care. Administered a cortisone injection as immediate treatment and outlined the next potential steps beyond that.

Function & acceptable pain
Needed a couple of appts until our goals met, as surgery was not an option I wanted. He was open to discussion and we both agreed on a treatment which worked great. Constant pain is gone: manageable, acceptable pain with a return of full strength & ROM is great. Have a full functioning thumb.Thank you for listening and working with me to reach these goals.

Dr. Boler takes his time to explain what I had & my choices of care. I've used him in the past and he's very through and doesn't make you feel rushed.

Usually get in within 10minutes, but have waited up to hour 15min. Checkin desk hit or miss- some wonderful women, others hard to deal with. Most X-ray techs GREAT, one of them seemed like she was on something. Specifically with my appts and experience with the dr: always very quick and rushed feeling, inconclusive and vague feeling responses: “should be okay, might heal fine, we’ll see if it keeps healing but should be fine”- wish I had received definitive responses or highly likely info. It has worked for and been “enough” for what I’ve needed but definitely no rave reviews here.

Professional and listened.
Dr Boler was referred to me by a friend. I found him professional since he explained what and why and future expectations. X-rays on site saves a lot of time. Overall the wait time was what I would expect in a busy office. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The intake person was new so took a little extra time. And using the tablet for data entry was a little too time consuming. These are minor inconveniences. I ‘d definitely recommend him to potential patients.

I would strongly recommend going to this doctor !!
Professionalism, very knowledgeable, takes time to explain what’s going on , very personable as well. The kind of doctor that I’d go out of my way to say hi to , if I saw him outside the practice , definitely someone I trust with my health and care , and if I do require corrective surgery in my right wrist , he’s definitely the doctor I want doing it

Efficient & Effective
I had a relatively simple problem with my thumb & had provided some baseline information on line. An evaluation including an X-ray was done after a short wait. A decision was made for treatment with a steroid injection which was completed with little waiting. All was very well done efficiently & effectively. Though the injection was briefly painful, as I write this, a few hours later, my thumb is already starting to improve.
