Dr. Jacob Worsham, MD

I’m a Labor and Delivery RN and probably hurt my dominant arm delivering babies over 21 years. I use to wake up crying before work every night. I had had a arthroscopy before and it was ok for 5 years. Then the pain roared back with a vengeance. I did some research and found Dr Worsham. I was immediately put at ease and reassured that my pain was real and that I would need a new shoulder eventually. I opted to do it immediately as I knew I would heal better at my current age versus later. His bedside manner, surgical expertise and general care of me and my family was absolutely amazing! Even when I accidentally had my mom and aunt removed my sling right after surgery because I got wet in the rain. We called him and he was so patient with me. Then 4 days later I fell onto my shoulder. He met me in his office (he wasn’t working) and came to X-ray with me. Words can’t express my gratitude. He gave me my RN career back. I’d gladly recommend him!

Not sure if i can keep to 1000 characters for this doctor. I am 39 years old and ever since the age of 13 I have dealt with knee pain...i have had probably about 8 or more surgeries on both knees. In the beginning of 2021 my right knee was really hurting me and limiting my activites. I put it off until I couldn't take it anymore. I researched for an orthopedic doctor within 10 miles from my home. Dr. Worsham popped up and i searched more into him to see if maybe he would be able to help me. I read reviews and saw posts about Dr. Worsham which gave me enough positive feedback to make an appt. I have gone through several orthopedic doctors that they wouldnt listen and take their time. Made the first appointment May 2021.This is long i know..long story short this man actually helped me with my right knee pain. He is absolutely patient, caring and a smart doctor. I recommend him to anyone!

I had to have surgery on my ankle after a freak accident / injury. Dr Worsham was absolutely AMAZING! I’m 5 months post op now and fully recovered and ready for my ski trip! Not only did he do great with my surgery, his bed-side manners and people skills are the best! He always made me feel comfortable, eased my worries and made sure I was well informed. You feel like you’re talking to a friend who has your best interest when talking to him. I would definitely recommend him!

Best bedside manner. Goes out of his way to accommodate patient. Saw me in office on surgery day due to emergency and extent of injury. Performed my surgery on a non-surgery day late in the evening for same reason. Calls as soon as he gets results even if it’s late in the evening. No waiting, appointments are always on time. Best care I have received from a doctor.

Very good surgeon, in Easter Sunday morning he repaired my knee and wrist, wonderful bedside manner, kept my family informed, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

Excellent, Highly recommended

Great until I left his office and a 3rd party called me (I thought it was a solicitation / robo dial). Once that was cleared up I answered all quoestions professionally (and with a Female Risk Analyst from TCH) sitting next to me listening to everything (who would have attested to this had Dr. Jacob Worsham had he just given her the chance). The call was on Speaker so my witness did not miss a word. Being denied urgent medical coverage without due process is a travesty that needs to be investigated to the highest level possible,

My mother fell and broke her pelvis. Dr Worsham was amazing!!! We were able to get an appointment quickly. He was very thorough, he spent time with her, he explained everything clearly. He found 2 breaks that had been missed by others. He treated her with empathy, kindness, curtesy and understanding. He’s encouraging which helped alleviate her fears and build her confidence. I highly recommend him to everyone. We are so appreciative of his care.
