Dr. Stern is the best neurosurgeon. He's not like others that will do surgery knowing it won't work. He's straightforward. He & Dr. Neubardt have done lumbar fusion & neck fusion. Both are amazing. Worth the wait!

I have known Dr Stern for over 30 years and he has operated on my back and on my son's back and he was great. I can't imagine going anywhere else if you are having any problems with the back, spine, or any neurological problem he is the best.

Dr. Stern was very attentive, informative and assuring before surgery. Told me I would be in and out in one day. There was a problem during surgery and ended up being in the hospital for a few days flat on my back. Long and hard recovery. Dr. Stern was then difficult to get in touch during those difficult days. Two years later went back to him because I started with issues again. He dismissed me and told me there was nothing he could do for me. Still have issues!

Dr Jack Stern and his office treated me with kindness and as an individual. He is compassionate and caring. Took time to listen to me and my concerns. I knew I would be in good hands because he explained everything in detail. I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I will be ever grateful to the extraordinary , brilliant spine surgeon dr Jack Stern! dr Stern is a true gift to the medical profession especially as a neurosurgeon!, he has such a caring way and will get you on your feet as soon as possible! I had such a wonderful experience with him as well as Dr. Neubardt with my spine surgery and would travel the world for him! They are a winning combination! The best in every way !????

I had the team of Dr. Stern and Dr. Neubardt perform ACDF on my 10/13/16......I flew into NY from Oklahoma on Wednesday, when into White Plains Hospital Thursday morning at 9am for surgery and was back at the hotel by dinner time. I then flew back to Oklahoma the very next day.......the surgery went just like the videos on their website, couldn't be happier!! Its been two weeks since the surgery and I feel great.......no more left arm or left shoulder pain!!!

I had 2 excellent experiences with Dr. Stern and his teal-- operation #1 on lower back about 8 years ago and recently about 1 1/2 months ago for a disk replacement in neck c5/c6. Both times I was extremely satisfied with results and gave me back use of back/walking(operation #1) and use of left arm(operation #2) that i was on the verge of loosing. Dr.Stern and team act in concert as a well-honed machine who only go in these delicate procedures if they are sure they can help you.

Wonderful, funny, caring man. He saved my life when I was 22. Because of him I have had a normal healthy life after suffering from a spinal cord tumor that caused paralysis. Since his surgery on my back in 1994 I have been tumor free, and having a great life.
