Doctor is very cold. Doesn’t listen.

Dr. Lopez-Colberg is one of the BEST family practice docs that I have ever been with! She is EXCEPTIONALLY thorough and knowledgeable, and she answers all of my questions that I have asked. She is my Primary Care Physician!

I am very surprised at some of the negative reviews on this page. I have always been treated very professionally and very sympathetically by Dr Lopez-Colberg. I find her very knowledgeable and she also has a warm and comforting professional approach to her patient, i.e., me. I often send her messages via MyChart and get well thought out responses quickly. One thing I really appreciate is that when she reaches the limit of her own knowledge, she gets me to a specialist for more in depth

I agree with the previous patient review she is very rude and very unprofessional. She answers no questions about your issue she says nothing is wrong with you and rushes you out the door with have being paid for your co pay and with no answers or treatment she is the worst dr I have ever had and I will not once ever recommend her. I don't agree with how she voices her nonmedical opinion and is rude and uncaring how she tells you.

She's very rude, uncordial and unprofessional. I specifically ask for help on a matter which she ignores my request or medical conditions and doesn't try to help me or she'll say my insurance won't cover it, but hasn't even checked. She late then rushes me thru my appointment and has the nerve to say she doesn't have time for me.
