I would not recommend OSM group and its staff to anyone. I have not gotten a return call from my PCP ever. I am always told she would call before end of day which NEVER happened. Also without any discussion with me I was told I was to start taking 2 very strong medications each with serious side effects that would adversely effect my current conditions

Excellent Care Provider
Ms. Christina Hannah, PA is an excellent PCP. She is very knowledgeable. She is very friendly and personable. Very professional. Very efficient regarding referrals and prescriptions. She will listen to and discuss health concerns that I bring to her attention. She takes the time needed to provide you with a thorough, and awesome healthcare visit. Christina Hannah was my PCP at another healthcare facility. When she relocated, I left the other healthcare facility/practice so that she could continue to be my PCP. My drive is now about 25-30 minutes longer than going to my previous healthcare facility. It’s worth it, because I want Christina Hannah to remain as my PCP. I highly recommend Christina Hannah, PA.

Christina is very good provider
Chistina is investing a lot of time and effort to understand the patient and all the health issues that must be addressed. I had only the best experience with her as my healthcare provider in Rio Rancho.

Very poor communication at the facility and with this PA. The office didn't even know that they have an answering machine where you can leave a voicemail for a call back . PA doesn't renew meds that are needed, and this office doesn't have any communication with patients, been trying to get the results from blood work for months and nothing. Don't pick this location or provider. Try someone else.
