Dr. Irene Malek, MD

Trying to get an appointment here is almost impossible. Someone from the office told me to leave a message on patient fusion.I did this 3 times never heard a word from.I've been going to her for a long time now. Trying to get a communication through to her is actually impossible period if you get past for people maybe but just maybe you might get an appointment

Dr Malek is very nice it is the staff that is unqualified and have no idea what they are doing ! Have been waiting for over two months to get an approval for MRI as requested by my neurosurgeon as a rush. First office did not turn in for they forgot, then 3 weeks later when I saw not in, they turned one in for CT. They have put in over 5 requests incorrectly, without correct paperwork or MRI with dye and not rushed. Meanwhile I have a head injury, have changed appointments to reset doctor appointments and MRI and no approval for the staff’s lack of any medical knowledge or procedures.

So thorough and amazing bedside manner! She spends a lot of time with her patients and seems to really care. I cannot recommend her enough!

Finally have found a doctor who has answers, gives practical solutions and who will research into my unique health problems. Dr Irene Malek gives her undivided attention to every patient and gives every patient more of her time than the standard 20 minutes.

To have a physician who truly cares and listens to you as you try very hard to explain to her what physical and or emotional issues you are having is such a comfort. I usually have difficulty communicating my issues with doctors and usually feel so dumb when I do. Because Dr Malek is so so caring and truly concern she will get you on track if not through her abilities she will refer you to a doctor who can. I cannot express my gratitude enough to her AND her staff for doing what they do for us the patients, “especially me”?? LOL. Thank you all so much for all that you do for me and having so much patience with this patient.

I think very highly of Dr. Malek and am so glad that she is my primary physician. She is very warm and caring. She explains things well and respects my wishes. Her brother, Dr. Mark Malek, practices with her and they are both delightful. I'm especially pleased that they consider natural health solutions as well as pharmaceutical ones. She will answer email questions that I have.

Dr. Malek is the first Doctor that I've seen who spends time with you to discuss your problems, Test results and options; You never feel like your on the 5min patient time clock! She's very approachable and I never feel talked down to. - The wait time can be a bit long at times, But it's well worth it, She's a great MD...You won't be sorry !!
