Horrible experience dealing with him. Belittles the wonderful nursing staff. Became defensive when asked for a second opinion. In which the next doctor had a completely different plan. Would not trust this doctor at all

Dr. Abumeri is an amazing doctor. My husband needed surgery for a tumor of the brain. Dr. Abumeri explained everything in detail regarding the surgery. He is kind, caring, and concerned for his patients. Our family is very grateful to Dr. Abumeri for taking such good care of our loved one.

I had to see him and have my surgery done on a emergency basis due to loss of motor ability. He explained everything and every possibility in very simple terms and gave me choices. After 15 years of severe disabling back pain, I now am practically pain free! I am working on getting my motor abilities back, but I am ecstatic that my pain is gone!

Dr. Abumeri is a very honest, informative & amazing Dr! He operated & saved my fathers life on two seperate occasions. Sept 2015 from a ruptured intracranial aneurysm & April 2018 from a subdural hematoma. On both occasions he took the time to, in great detail, explain risks, surgical procedures & aftercare, which very much helped by having a clear understanding of what was going on. He continued to check on my father after he was released. My father is still his patient. I am forever grateful!

My mother had severe back pain so we went to see Dr. Abumeri. He ordered a MRI of her back and found that she has a tumor in her spine attached to the nerve. Dr. Abumeri explained to us in very simple term all the details and risks and benefits of the surgery. He removed the tumor and fused part of her spine. My mother is pain free and no longer at risk to become paralyzed. Dr. Abumeri did a wonderful job. My mother and I highly recommend him to be your neurosurgeon.

My daughter had a brain tumor in a deep seated area of the brain. One surgeon said that it is not operable. We went to see Dr. Abumeri and he did operate and removed all of the tumor. He saved my daughter's life. God bless his hands.
