Surprised she works peds
Dr. Fortgang was very rude to me and my child at a recent appt, so much that I was in tears by the time we left the building. My child has extreme anxiety at doctors appts to the point where she self soothes by talking and pacing and being restless. Dr. Fortgang looked at her in disgust and said that her behavior is extremely immature for her age. My child has visible health problems that you’d think would explain her behavior and negate a nasty comment. I am extremely glad we have no need to continue seeing her. Least personable pediatric doctor I have ever met.

We are thrilled to have found Dr. Fortgang; she is knowledgeable and professional yet patient and sympathetic with my daughter’s illness. Not surprised she is a graduate of Johns Hopkins Medical School. She is brilliant and a leader in her field.

She was so very sweet and took her time with us to make sure we understood what was going on and what our options were. She also suggested other medical professionals who may have been able to give us more answers. I would highly recommend her.

Never would recommend someone that knows almost nothing about pediatrics other than the GI tract
