Not a good Doctor
Failed to figure out what my sleep issues were. She basically gave up on me and did not have the courtesy to call me and inform me that she did not want to see me anymore. She had her nurse call me and tell me to go to another Doctor. Also while I was her patient, her office would never respond to messages and have the courtesy to call back.

Doesn’t care
Gave me oxygen to wear with CPAP and wasn’t going to test to see if it helped for a year! Demanded another pulse ox test and it was abnormal! Told me I could increase oxygen if I wanted to! Went to real pulmonary doctor and she said my numbers were terrible and am going through more testing! She doesn’t care about her patients only her paycheck! Also never sent my other doctors and insurance records they requested without several attempts and getting angry!

Dr. Klair I have seen for a few years and she has gone above and beyond to help me. She follows-up, takes her time, explains well, and answers any questions. I am glad that I chose to visit her. She does her best to help you.

Dr. Klair is very kind and knowledgeable, however she was unable to help my father with his sleep problem. Jessica is the office staff person we most often spoke with. She is not professional and she does not tell the truth. She indicated that calls are documented but she does not document the actual conversation. She was very rude and would not be an asset to any office.

Dr. Klaire pretty much saved my life. I've been her patient since the last part of 2016 and she treat both my lung disease and Sleep apnea. She always explains everything and answers any questions I have.

I saw Dr. Klair about my sleep problems. I am disabled and explained my medical problems. She assured me she would work with me. Well, that didn't happen. When I went in today I was told that they wouldn't see me anymore by the office manager. I told them I would run out of meds and then I would just sleep. She said she understood but she couldn't do anything about it. She wouldn't let me see the Dr. she just said maybe I could go to Albuquerque and they wouldn't charge me for today.

I have seen Dr. Klair on several occasions and found her to be very attentive, thourough and kind. She will spend a good amount of time with you and explain conditions you are not familiar with. I'm very glad to have found her !
