Dr. Ian McNeill, MD

First, the medical assistant came in with an obvious cold, sneezing in a small examining room. I asked if she had a cold and she said yes. She was symptomatic and I wondered why she was even at work and not wearing a mask. Then the PA poked in between my vertebrae several times which I tolerated but which caused pain later until the next morning. An hour after my appt was to begin Dr McNeil came in, and I went through the same symptoms I’d just listed with his PA. He was unaware that I had even had an MRI. He seemed to be rolling his eyes at me and making rolling eye contact with his PA while I was talking. He just did not want to be there. He reduced my symptoms down to “ear fullness” and he said it in a sarcastic tone. When I reiterated it is not my main symptom, his eyes just glazed over. Obviously, he did not think that the words coming out of my mouth mattered or he just didn’t like me. Those are just theories. I really have no idea why he would treat anyone disrespectfully.
