Very old customers and sicj patients scheduled for dr. Appointment at 130pm, 145pm 2pm, but doctor gets to his office at 330pm....which means his patients have been waiting 2 hours to see him. His office visits are from 2 to 4 hours and that's all the time. Spoke to manager nothing they can do he is the boss and sets up his schedule to program patients and shows up late after he calls to let them know what time he will be in. Sometimes they said he is emergency at hospital...but this can't happen all the time, make up stories.
