A mess
I went to see Dr. Milliron in December. First the X-ray machine was broken, then the Ultrasound machine wouldn't even turn on! When I got the bill they billed me for an ultrasound. I NEVER HAD ONE. I have called the billing, I filed a dispute with my insurance, Dr. Milliron even created a 'report' with the findings of my non existent ultrasound. Isn't there a law against that?? I have spent hours on the phone to no avail.

Ingrown Toenail removal
Dr. Milliron recently removed an ingrown toenail for me and killed the nail bed so I don't have to deal with it in the future. She was gentle and made the procedure very easy and pain free. This was the second one I have had removed and I highly recommend her after my previous experience.

Dr Milliron always greets with a huge smile!! She asks about any possible intervening medical event since my last appointment. I wear a foot brace and she asks me if I have had any problem with the brace and my affected foot. After the meat and potatoes of things she looks carefully at my feet and toes closely. One complaint, she has very cold hands even though the gloves. Just kidding Dr Milliron!! She next asks if I want my nails cut, usually do, as I have trouble with ingrown nails, so she checks both big toes for any signs of ingrown toe nails. Sometimes she has to “dig” a little pain. Not much. Dr Milliron biopsied one of my wife’s nails, made the proper diagnosis. She then called in the proper prescription. The office staff are all very nice and helpful, extremely nice!! Check-in and check-out is flawless and very quick! See you next time, Dr Milliron!!! If I could leave more stars, I’d mark ‘em down!

Great Dr
Dr Milliron and her staff in Palm Coast are great. I had 2 procedures with her to permanently remove ingrown toenails and both were successful and healed well. She is very smart and knows her profession well. She is straight forward and to the point, some people don’t like that, but I prefer that as I’m there for medical treatment, not a hug. Definitely recommend.

"This review is both about Dr. Millaron at the Palm Coast Hospital Drive office of Upperline Health. 1st to the doc. Saw her in August for recurring foot infection. Given doxycycline. (Same as the urgent care center had given in July and infection had returned). She was aware of this history. Well, a month later the infection had returned with a vengeance. Extreme swelling and pain. Go to see her again. She writes referrals for labs, MRI and infectious disease DR. UNFORTUNATELY NO OTHER ANTIBIOTICS OR CONSIDERATION ABOUT HOW TO LIVE WITH INTENSE PAIN AND SWELLING UNTIL ALL REFERRALS CAN BE DONE. First available appointment at infectious disease doc was 2.5 weeks out. Lived with the pain and swelling for 3 days and went to the emergency room. They pumped me full of IV antibiotics, gave me a script for strong antibiotics via pills. Also, they set up consult with another podiatrist. Unfortunately turns out that podiatrist is in the same office as Millaron. So, I go to appointment and was told that I can only see Millaron. WHAT!!! SEE THE SAME DOC THAT CAUSED ME TO GO TO ER? NO, NO, NO!!!!!! They would not let me see the doc I had an appointment with that day. I walked out an immediately called the hospital that had coordinated the appointment. You should think real hard about using Millaron or Upperline Health. Obviously I won't go near them again."

Some staff members are not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed when taking x-rays and asking follow up questions. I left not knowing what the next steps would be or if I needed another appointment.

At first meeting I found Dr. Miliron not to listen or pay attention to what I had to say. I have up coming surgery and did not have "truly professional" person prepare me. I got pages and pages of generic papers read to me by "someone"----no title given. Not a RN and not the doctor. I have no idea what to do to prepare for this surgery! I am very stressed over it.

Dr. Milliron comes in with a foot cast on, without knowing me, basically yelling at me telling me that there is "absolutely nothing" wrong with my foot, even after it was confirmed with other doctors, and I had severe cramping causing daily/hourly limping. She barely heard anything I said, and said it was my fault I got a foot problem bc I have to walk at my job, as if I knew in advance that I would have foot probs from my job. She acted like she was a lawyer for the company I work for. Scam

Dr Milliron did an excellent job of repairing previous bunion surgery from another doctor. I was so happy with the results that I recommended her to two friends. They both were very happy with her work. She's a very smart, down to earth, empathetic doctor that I am happy to recommend.

Dr. Milliron is great! Personable and down to earth. She gives you information in plain English so you understand exactly what is going on and what steps to take to improve healing. My foot had no healing after 3 months so she recommended a Bone Growth Stimulator. After almost 3 months of using the machine my foot is healed. I would highly recommend her.
