Dr. Chai, Vanessa, and Ashley are the most amazing dream team. My parents had their new patient appointments today and could not stop raving about each and everyone of them. Dr. Chai conducted the entire appointment in Chinese, and even stayed through his lunch to get to really know them and their history. Dr. Chai really epitomizes the "family" in family practice. Thank you so much for giving us the invaluable peace of mind that our parents are in good hands!

Poor bedside manner. Judgmental and unfriendly. Made sarcastic remarks about spouses concern when Dr Chai wanted to take me off blood pressure meds. Worst Dr ever encountered. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to get an appt -- there was never any one in the waiting room.

Dr. Chai was my doctor for many years. I made an appointment with him because of a pain in my hip and back that turned out to be a tendon problem. At my appointment, he refused to see or examine me because I had been in a car accident months prior and there was a chance my injury was related to the accident. It was not related. Yet, he turned me away despite the fact that I was in terrible pain and needed his help. He said it was office policy. I am seeking a new primary doctor now.
