I was a patient of Dr. Armando Franco, MD for many years while his practice was just beginning. I had taken my daughter to the emergency room where we first met him. He took care of my whole family of 5 for well over 15 years. He suggested I change my Blue Cross Insurance to HMO to save the cost I paid with a PPO plan until sometime later he decided to only take the PPO plan and we had to leave his practice. He is a good Doctor but make sure you have a PPO plan...
