Neck surgery
Left me with a 8 in vertical scar . When it healed, it restricted my head and neck movement. Had to go to another doctor for surgery to fix it. Everyone else that had the same surgery had a three Inch incision that was almost invisible.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I do not recommend Dr. Pacheco at all. He performed the worst surgery ever. After surgery he sent me to a rehab center which made it worse. No attention from him what so ever. DO NOT...DO NOT...go with this doctor. Three years later I had the same surgery. This time with another doctor, of course. Now I can walk straight and didn't even have to go to rehab.

Dr Pacheco is out on medical leave. I saw Dr Jeffery Lobel! He is flying in from Ohio! I was nervous about back surgery, but after talking to him about the procedure he wants to do! I felt very comfortable with it now! He took the time to explain and draw as well as requested more tests to verify my bones could handle it! I feel confident he knows what he is doing!

I recently had my initial consultation with Dr. Pacheco-Serrant. I am scheduled for surgery very soon. My first visit impression was outstanding. I only waited one week to be scheduled for an appointment. The staff, office atmosphere, physician and everyone involved in our visit was courteous, friendly, efficient and professional.
