I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THERE ARE REVIEWS FOR THIS DOCTOR FOR PEOPLE IN CA AND IN EL PASO, DURING THE SAME YEARS. ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT THE SAME DR? HE WAS AN EXCELLENT DR. TO ME IN EL PASO, 2000, BROKEN NECK IN CAR ACCIDENT.

Hidden gem in Murietta! Dr. Pacheco recently moved to So Cal, and he will take difficult back surgery cases that most doctors are afraid to take on. He patiently answered all of our questions before surgery and post op. My family member had two previous back surgeries with extremely poor results (lots of pain and extremely limited mobility). After doctors across the country refused help, Dr. Pacheco agreed to take on his difficult case and perform the spine surgery he believed would have a better outcome. This is the most calm, humble, kind surgeon you will find, and we are ecstatic with the fabulous results - pain is eliminated and mobility is greatly improved and continues to get better. Thank you, thank you Dr. Pacheco! You are a blessing to our family!

I recently had to have a major back surgery. I was in extreme pain 24/7. When I met Dr. Pacheco I was immediately impressed by his calm methodical personality. He was upfront, caring, professional and confident that he could fix me. He made me feel extremely comfortable going into a surgery that was very scary for me. Surgery was a complete success. Thank you Dr. Pacheco for a new life. God Bless. Stephen H.

I LOVE DR. PACHECO! If he hadn't married while he cared for my 93 year old mother when she broke her lemur, I would of married him! He was the best doctor ever! (And my Mom had 5 doctors at the time) The day he operated on my mother, he had already done 27 surgeries at Providence Hospital and had to drive to do my Mom's emergency surgery at another hospital. She was the last one on his list for that day, it was 8:30 p.m. when he came to perform the surgery. After working all day, he was very alert, professional, and skilled. The surgery was a success, my mother is 95 years old now. He is an excellent doctor! I can't say enough good things about him, and the excellent follow-up care he continued to provide for my mother! He was gentle, kind, and respectful to my mother at every appointment. I LOVE YOU DR. PACHECO!

Very poor bedside manner. Doesn't listen to patient's concerns. Interrupted me many times. Elitist doctor who when I complained about not being able to walk told me I should get a desk job. I'm in my sixties and have never had a desk job. I don't own a cell phone and I don't see myself behind a desk. I've worked outside all my life. This physician was only concerned with my spine and I need a hip replacement. Switched physicians and now getting the surgery I need and hopefully I will be back at work in a few months (not at a desk job).

Dr. Pacheco and his staff are very nice. However, my appointment was at 10:30 am I was not taken back until 11:30 am. I had my vitals done and placed in a room and waited until 12:30 to be seen. My diagnoses was not really explained to me. He asks me to walk and pressed on my spine. I asked him what else I can do about this unbearable pain, he said PT, and lose weight. Then I was moved into another room and waited 30 min for my orders, to get an MRI & ESI injections.

The receptionist is rude. She acts like she the only one busy. I took time off from my extremely busy schedule and it took around 45 min to get my paper to sign in as a new patient. Another 40 min for them to call my in the exam room where I waited another hour. The deco ironist is completely rude and needs to find a new job where she can be lazy and not deal with customer service as she is horrible.
