Yes, I would recommend Dr. Farber to anyone with PH, or other lung disease. I became a patient of DR. Farber about a year ago, and he has given me excellent care: As a patient with PAH, congenital, and progressive, Dr. Farber ordered a RHC to verify again the diagnosis, and treating me with the right medication, suitable in my disease. I honor and respect Dr. Harrison Farber. Sincerely Adele Mischel MSW

Not good at all. My sister has been in the hospital at Tuffs for the past 3 days and he has never gone to see her or stopped by with results or anything. No orders for anything. The sad part she is a scleroderma patient and a physician at that, and he still has not gone to see her. Not impressed at all. Tuffs will hear about this you best believe.

Dr. H. Farber is one of the Most Distinguished pulmonary physician in the world. Some patients may not like his dress code or his looks. I've known many patients fly from overseas just hope to be treated by him. I have never heard of any complaints about Dr. Farber's ability. He really believes in serving the underprivileged and rather works in a poorer neighborhood. I thank God for such a physician, and feels that Survey should not include the hospital locations or cleanness. .

Dr. Farber unfortunately doesn't return phone calls, he isn't caring towards his patients. I certainly would not recommend him. My mother died in his care last year not only did it take him about a month to give us call not only for his condolences but to tell us what he thought happened. It's been 6 months since we have been promised a copy of the autopsy report with numerous calls to the office and still nothing. Completely unprofessional.

Office staff is terrible. Disorganized, things not done in a timely or efficient manner. Good Dr though, seems to have too many patients. Office wait was over 2 hrs.
