Outstanding Internist - extremely thorough…however the absolute WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL medical staff I have ever been to EVER! If I could rate this office at negative 10, I would. The staff is so incredibly RUDE & all uneducated. Where does he find these people?? My husband (a long-time patient) had an appointment on a Wednesday. He needed refills sent to our mail in pharmacy. It took me three days of calling & finally I got into a screaming match with his Medical Assistant. SERIOUSLY a screaming match. We will never step foot into that office again. Dr Grand, good luck to you, but ultimately, it’s up to you to manage your staff.

Very unprofessional and unorganized
Dr. Grand is a good knowledgable doctor and has managed my father's chronic care for years however his staff and nurses are probably some of the worst that I've come across in healthcare. As a healthcare provider myself, this speaks volumes. The staff there is very unprofessional, unorganized, and overall lack medical knowledge. His staff engaged in a full on argument turned screaming match with my mother over a simple pharmacy change request. His staff also did this to my father in person when he went to inquire about a cancelled visit that he was charged for. Any staff member who does that definitely should not be working in healthcare nor handling patients. Unfortunately, Dr. Grand has lost a long-time patient due to this but in that same breath, it is the doctor's job as well as the practice manager's job to make sure they have a team that can treat patients with respect, care, and dignity.

While my initial visit with the Lindsey was pleasant, my experience with all the office staff has proven that the are a highly uncoordinated specialized machine where evidently each person has specific function and no one else knows anything and the person you need is never there. If you go to this office, just note you will have to follow up numerous times as they are highly incompetent and either give up or leave dissatisfied.

Love everything about Dr. Grand and Lindsey. They always take their time to listen to my concerns and have never rushed me out the door. Dr. Grand is very knowledgeable and his bedside manner are outstanding. You do have to request or schedule an appointment ahead of time. It is hard to get to see Dr. Grand on a walk in basis. Lindsey is much easier to see on a walk in basis and I certainly appreciate that.

I’m a medical professional, so my expectations are high. I was looking for a new primary care md. Dr Grand was recommended by a friend. I was amazed. He spent almost an hour on my first visit. He gave me a paper about meds that have been shown to increase risk of Alzheimer’s. He had me return in 2 weeks to give me the results of my bloodwork and carotid artery. He switched my cholesterol med because rosivastatin is better. It seems my previous md didn’t know this. See Dr Grand and see for yourself. Let me know if you aren’t amazed like me.

Dr. Grand is extremely professional and intelligent. He was able to fix an issue for me in a matter of two visits. I have seen countless doctors for this. His bedside manners are excellent and I am not treated as a number when I go see him. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains things to me, provides educational print outs that help me better understand what is going on with me, and sends my refills to my pharmacy all without leaving the room once.

Dr Grand has been my physician for nearly 25 years. I've stayed with his practice, due to the quality and thoroughness of care received. There have never, in all this time, been the issues described by some others. He is open, communicative,.accessible, and keeps up-to-date with the latest medical research. More than once, I've called to leave a message on off hours and he's gotten back to me quickly, including weekends. Once, he literally saved my life as I was having a pulmonary embolism.

Never have I ever been treated like this by a medical professional. Don't use Dr. Grand or his practice! He's unethical and unprofessional! Dr. Grand only cares about your money and how much of it you're giving to him. -He refused to refill my prescriptions because I had a balance due. A balance I gladly would have paid had he returned a single one of my 3 requests to speak to him on the phone.* *I was later told he doesn't speak to patients on the phone.

Getting in is easy, seeing the Doc is easy, Insurance all good, never have to wait. I keep hearing other docs are going to some weird concierge thing to rip-off their patients. I've recommended 4 other folks here and all of us feel lucky to have such a great doc with a great staff.

I've been three times and never actually SEEN the doctor. I have seen the NP, who is actually quite good. One star because they don't go over medical results with you, they will forward you to their own answering machine if you ask for them. Been waiting 2 weeks now for results of a test -- I have called at least 5 times.

Love this doctor. Im a new patient to his practice. I have seen both Dr. Grand and the NP, Lindsey Nichols. Both have great bedside manners. Both are very knowledgeable and caring. I went in there and absolute mess and the staff was great at comforting me prior to the doctor stepping in to see me. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, they got me in within 2 days of my initial call. I love that the office doesn't close for lunch, so someone is available at all times.

I was having a hard time finding a doctor that would take my insurance. When I called his office, the receptionist was able to get me in within the week and was very helpful and informative about everything. The office is very clean and very nice. Dr. Grand was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was able to resolve a problem that I have been dealing with in 2 visits. I have seen several doctors for the same issue and no one had been successful at resolving my medical issues. A++++++

Very poor starting with the front desk. The receptionists are unkind at best, mostly seemed bothered to be dealing with me. One of them reeked of cigarette smoke. Dr Grand will listed to you, then prescribe you a medication targeting one specific symptom of what you just said - in no way is he holistic or even wanting to hear what you think about an overall health approach. Like the previous person said - spends a lot of time on his computer looking up what to tell you.
