Dr. Hannah Bujak, MD

I went to Dr Bujak when she was at the Erlanger Volkswagen office. I went to her as a primary care physician being new to the area. First off she decided to take me off my thyroid medicine when I had history of a goiter. She didn’t care what I had to say. Then I was having blood pressure issues instead of giving me a prescription or help, she handed me a bunch of samples. She only gave me a few days. I was feeling dizzy on them and having chest pains. I had called her and left a message multiple times she never returned my call. I ended up in the ER and they did an EKG. The ER doctor told me the sample meds she put me on were meds that are for someone that had very dangerous high BP and the samples she gave me were giving me a bradycardia. The ER doctor helped me and I found another Dr. she is reckless and doesn’t care.

Dr was cold, unfeeling, disinterested in my needs, just wanted to set up testing appts. Had open heart surgery last week, never asked how I was getting on, never asked if I needed anything, total lack of compassion, unyielding. Could not go for colonoscopy if I wanted to just had bypass surgery. I had never met a doctor in my entire life that was so interested in her own agenda and not what was best for her patient. The office was practically empty, her staff wasn't aware of my recent traum

Dr. Bujak is the most empathetic doctor I've ever had. She truly listens to the patient and takes their concerns into consideration. I've been burned by several doctors that seemed to just not care. I was pleasantly surprised during my initial consultation. She's very knowledgeable and not at all judgemental. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking competent care. The staff is also EXTREMELY nice!
