Poor Experience
Dr. Hai Truong saw my child week after different illness. Appt was for new unrelated prob. Child sent that MORNING from the derm's office, due to months of chronically inflamed lymph nodes, no precipitating factor. Also sent by RDT due to menorrhagia, fatigue,malaise, pallor, and low protein intake. Dr. talked about 10 minutes about 'knowing a sick child when she sees one and this isn't it.' Talked disparagingly about RDT, poo-pooing her concerns. Exam was nonconsensual, pulling up my child's shirt abruptly in front of me and insensitively saying they had a lot of acne and that was the culprit even though derm said absolutely not. Derm was contacted and seemed furious no imaging was ordered. Dr. would not order labs without insistence, asking me to name the labs 'i wanted.' Wrong iron lab ordered. I'm not a doctor and she should have called RDT. New PCP diagnosed iron def. due to menorrhagia after thorough labs. Mgr & board gaslighted saying dr always gets consent and fired whole fam.

She always asked questions about my health. Spends plenty of time, and will run tests if she feels the need. She always keeps up to date on Medicare test that should be run.

Dr. Truong Hai doesn't treat patient with respect and not acting as professional doctor. Not only Dr. Truong Hai doing that but also her nurses and staffs too. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO SEE HER AT ALL. Misdiagnosis to the patient, worst terrible doctor.
